Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in delivering software solution migration projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle-from initiation to closure-ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines. Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, training, and closure.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, vendor relationships, and communication across business and IT teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks/issues while managing changes in project direction.
• Promote solution adoption and facilitate change management initiatives.
• Track and report on project metrics, timelines, and financials.
• Negotiate resource needs and remove project roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, especially in software/application migration.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certified.
• Proficient in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of application development lifecycles.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
