Job Title: Senior BizTalk Developer - Remote (Canada)

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Canada)

Seeking a highly experienced Senior BizTalk Developer to join our integration development team supporting the digital transformation of Jockey's enterprise systems. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, robust BizTalk integration solutions across business applications and third-party systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience working with BizTalk Server and enterprise application integration.
  • Strong experience in creating BizTalk artifacts (schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, adapters).
  • Hands-on expertise in XML, JSON, EDI, AS2, SOAP, REST protocols.
  • Proficient in C#, with exposure to Java, Python, or Groovy.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with EAI patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and web services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in integration-heavy environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead integration efforts across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with XSLT transformations.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems in retail, wholesale, or eCommerce domains.
  • Project management skills or experience leading integration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of BizTalk-based integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and adapters.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
  • Implement best practices for data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure system integrity.
  • Support UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
  • Document technical designs and solutions; participate in cross-training.
  • Work with development tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and TFVC.
