Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Business Intelligence and Data Integration Analyst to join our growing team at Soluroc. In this role, you will lead the centralization and structuring of our data ecosystem to support business analytics and lay the groundwork for future artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives.

You will be responsible for integrating data from multiple internal systems, designing modern data architecture (data warehouse or data lake), and implementing efficient ETL pipelines. You will also contribute to building dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc analysis tools that drive smarter business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) to support business operations and analysis.
• Integrate diverse data sources using tools like Fivetran, dbt, or other modern ETL solutions.
• Establish a single source of truth aligned with best practices in data governance.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to understand their data needs and ensure accessibility.
• Develop robust data models to support BI, reporting, and AI use cases.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and generate ad hoc reports.
• Contribute to the early implementation of AI tools within business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with ETL tools (Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, etc.) and modern data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data governance principles.
• Proficient in SQL, and ideally Python or another scripting language for task automation.
• Experience with a BI visualization tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and structured mindset, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of machine learning or AI concepts.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
