What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a high volume of warm, current-customer accounts from our Leaside store location
• Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, designers, and builders
• Responding quickly to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up consistently
• Navigating multiple projects and customer requests at once - no two days are the same
• Keeping your pipeline full and organized via our internal CRM
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience from sale to delivery

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of B2C or trade sales experience - bonus if you've sold to builders or trades
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of customer interactions daily
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
• High stamina and mental agility - you can pivot fast and think on your feet
• Familiarity with quoting, construction timelines
• CRM-savvy with strong pipeline and task management habits
