This role is tailor-made for someone who wants to immerse themselves in the world of financial planning and advisory. You won't just be "doing tasks" - you'll be actively learning the ropes directly from us.

Here's what you'll be doing and learning:

Pre & Post Meeting Support: You'll be right there with us in client meetings, understanding the entire advisory process from start to finish.

Detail-Oriented Note Taker and Implementor: A critical skill you'll hone while capturing key insights from discussions as well as implementing the key needs from client meetings. You'll work with the entire team of specialists and implement strategy with them to serve our clients.

Direct Mentorship: We're committed to sharing our knowledge and experience to help you develop. You'll have direct access to the leadership team where you'lll be involved with the most complex and important cases for our organization.

The best part? This Associate Advisor position is truly a springboard! We're looking for someone who has the ambition and drive to eventually step into a full-time Financial Advisor role, building and managing client relationships alongside us.
