Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in growing our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executive team.
️ What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Follow up on inbound leads and assess their fit with our solution
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain and update CRM records and prospecting activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
- Share insights from the field to help refine our outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech is a plus)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
