Your Mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in growing our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executive team.

️ What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Follow up on inbound leads and assess their fit with our solution
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain and update CRM records and prospecting activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
  • Share insights from the field to help refine our outreach strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, curious, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
