Position Overview
We are seeking a marketing and CRM specialist to support the execution of a national retail distribution strategy within a leading investment management environment. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to enhance client engagement through the effective use of CRM tools-particularly Salesforce-and digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM processes, with a focus on Salesforce, ensuring effective use, data integrity, and integration with sales activities
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Pardot, Engage, Seismic, and Google Analytics
- Collaborate on the development and deployment of marketing content and sales collateral
- Coordinate digital outreach efforts including email marketing, SEO, webinar execution, and audience targeting
- Lead or support cross-functional projects that align sales, marketing, and technology objectives
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, preferably in financial services or asset management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
