About the Role:

As an Operations Associate, you'll support the day-to-day functions that keep our business running smoothly. From ensuring timely order fulfillment to optimizing internal workflows, you'll help maintain operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
  • Oversee order processing and delivery timelines. Troubleshoot shipping issues and coordinate with warehouse or logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Systems & Process Support:
  • Maintain and update operational systems, ensuring all workflows run efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Support Coordination:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Inventory Oversight:
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with restock planning, and help prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and assist with reporting on trends or areas needing improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with departments such as marketing, sales, customer service, and product to align operational goals and support business initiatives.
  • Cost Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Impact Objectives:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or logistics support role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with operational systems and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, inventory software).
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
