We currently have an opening for an HR Manager. The successful candidate will execute on all human resources functions while working collaboratively with the management team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Cambridge, ON. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws. The manager will also work closely with the leadership team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Knowledge of training and development programs
  • Understanding of benefits administration and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP or CHRL) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
