A leading building envelope contractor specializing in curtain wall systems is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join its growing team. What You'll Do

• Lead technical operations for both active and tendered projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and project goals.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee technical deliverables including design coordination, shop drawings, structural calculations, and system integration.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for constructability, performance, and code compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and identify innovative solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, systems, and technologies in curtain wall and façade systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in aluminum façades and building envelope systems.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM experience are considered assets.
• Proven leadership and communication skills within multicultural and bilingual (EN/FR) environments.
• Deep knowledge of curtain wall systems, waterproofing strategies, and structural integration.

Background in project management, design team leadership or estimation/preconstruction management are welcome.
