Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual - French/English)
Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid)

What You'll Do:
- Handle 50-75 calls daily (plus emails) from consumers
- Provide support on product use, warranties, repairs, and more
- Log cases, process orders, and follow through in CRM and SAP
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Learn and retain product knowledge across multiple categories
- Contribute to a high-performing, team-focused service environment
What You'll Need:
- Fluency in French & English (spoken and written)
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management
- Ability to work hybrid (car required - not transit accessible)
- Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the role
Additional Info:
- Standard hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
- Onboarding: 4 days/week in office for 2-3 months
- Defined contribution pension plan available after 1 year
