InnoVyne Technologies is a consulting powerhouse that specializes in Sales Performance Management solutions. We partner with sales organizations and address technology challenges related to achieving process automation and improving transparency in their sales operations and incentive compensation processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Implementation Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of Xactly Software for our clients. As the Lead Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing custom solutions, and overseeing the successful implementation of Xactly Software within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Xactly Software for clients, ensuring successful configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Gather client requirements and translate them into a comprehensive implementation plan.
  • Design and develop custom solutions within Xactly Software to meet client needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for client users to ensure successful adoption of the software.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on sales performance management or incentive compensation software.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Consultant implementing Xactly Software.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise level software implementations from start to finish.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Xactly Certified.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and incentive compensation best practices.
