We are seeking a Service Transformation Consultant for a 1-year remote contract based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Occasional onsite meetings will be required.

Must Have

Work Experience

• 15 years - Demonstrated experience in developing integrated plans, portfolio and project reporting, and communicating progress to senior executives.
• 15 years - Demonstrated experience in oversight of portfolio governance and development of portfolio processes.
• 25 years - Demonstrated experience working on organizational development with a focus on digital transformation comparable in size and complexity for:
• Large organizations (state/provincial/federal government, or private companies with 5,000+ employees), or
• Startups/small businesses addressing complex challenges at scale.
• 15 years - Senior leadership experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects/initiatives with teams of at least 10 people.

Nice to Have

Work Experience

• 15 years - Experience developing project deliverables (project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures).
• 8 years - Experience in secure software lifecycle development processes.
• 20 years - Experience in design, development, and implementation of digital transformation initiatives or digital delivery programs.
• 15 years - Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).
