Technical Delivery Lead - (Telecom and OSS) Job Description

1. 12+ years of experience in technical delivery
2. Telecom Experience is a Must - Knowledge of Cable Network, OSS, BSS, TMForum API
3. 5+ yrs of experience in AWS is a must
4. Ability to manage complex integration projects with partners at scale
5. Ability to drive conversations with customer and drive efficiencies at scale
6. Ability to mentor the team and capability to technically design and navigate through challenges
7. Experience of managing and handling technical teams up-to 10+ team members
8. Work with the project manager to cascade important information to the team members
9. Should be adept at reporting technical status of the project and highlight the main dependencies
10. Ability to manage risks and define mitigation strategies for them along with the Project Manager
11. Drive technical communication across various teams, vendors, stakeholders and be the technical anchor of the project
12. Ability to close the open ended questions and ability to conclude and reach to logical consensus in case of technical conflicts.
13. Be open minded to feedback, and help enable teams achieve maximum technical potential by creating a supportive team environment that fosters productivity.
