We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Workday HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will be responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting various HR functions through effective Workday solutions.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and integrations within Workday.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues
  • Prioritize, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases
  • Partner with HR, and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions through Workday.
  • Develop and maintain custom and standard reports using Workday
  • Maintain system documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with Workday releases, new features, and best practices.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Workday account, permissions and licenses, respecting a secure and optimized utilization
  • Partner with key stakeholders in issue identification, analysis and resolution

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor or Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3- 5 years experience years as an HR Technology Analyst or Integration Specialist with Workday (Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Journeys, Onboarding, Advanced Comp, Payroll)
  • Significant experience and expertise supporting and configuring Workday
  • Good technical understanding of back-up and resilience solutions and processes
  • Focused, detail oriented, with excellent planning skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Willingness to support and mentor a junior team members
  • Bilingual, English and French
