Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Consultant with 5 years of total experience to provide L1 support for Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manhattan WMS and hands-on experience with SQL to support daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for Manhattan WMS issues and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to warehouse operations.
• Monitor system performance and data flow.
• Communicate with end-users to gather information and provide timely resolution.
• Log incidents, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up on resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation of support procedures and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Manhattan WMS - strong functional knowledge and support experience.
• SQL - ability to write and troubleshoot queries for issue resolution and reporting.
