We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Shopify Developer to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Shopify stores for our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Shopify platform management, a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, and the ability to multitask across various operational tasks to drive sales, optimize customer experience, and ensure seamless store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our flagship Shopify store, ensuring consistent branding, functionality, and performance.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize site pages for performance and conversion, including managing page analytics, user behavior monitoring, and A/B testing
• Implement and manage Shopify apps, themes, and customizations to improve UX and boost functionality.
• Own and build out custom features - e.g. telemedicine integration, membership programs, specialized fulfillment integrations, etc.
• Monitor and optimize site performance metrics-load speed, mobile responsiveness, checkout efficiency.
• Generate and interpret sales and performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align store development with strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Stay current on Shopify platform updates, third-party tools, and eCommerce best practices.
• Manager store user permissions, security, and compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing Shopify stores with measurable results.
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, APIs, and analytics.
• Solid grasp of eCommerce operations including fulfillment, inventory, and customer service workflows.
• Experience managing a high-volume or multi-brand Shopify ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational chops.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical instincts.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in Liquid and ideally HTML/CSS.
