We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Downtown Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and fine-tune Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
- Implement declarative Salesforce changes (workflows, flows, validation rules, permissions, etc.).
- Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Support integration efforts and assist with testing and user enablement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience configuring Salesforce applications to meet functional specifications.
- 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
Nice-to-Have:
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle tools (e.g., Change Sets, VS Code, SFDX).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
