Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in SQL and ETL processes to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and leading a team of talented engineers. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

o Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SQL and ETL developers/engineers, fostering their growth and skill development.

o Provide technical guidance, best practices, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

o Champion technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

o Act as a subject matter expert for SQL and ETL processes, providing insights and recommendations.

2. Solution Design & Architecture:

o Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into data warehouses/data lakes.

o Architect and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for performance and reliability.

o Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Define and enforce data governance, data quality, and data security standards within the ETL.
