Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday HCM on a part time basis.
Duration: 6 months, option for full time hours/extension
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday HCM and other HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendors to gather and document business requirements.
- Participate in testing activities, including writing and executing test cases.
- Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions to system issues.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize HR processes and user experience.
- Manage multiple initiatives and requests, effectively prioritizing tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems; Workday HCM experience is required (HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Compensation).
- Understanding of ERP principles, SDLC, data security, and HR operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ideal: Experience with Workday reporting or integrations.
- Ideal: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
