Job Title: Analyst - API Security and Vulnerabilities

Job Summary:

The Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong emphasis on security practices. This role focuses on integrating OWASP Top 10 and API Security into business processes and software development lifecycles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and security-focused, driving initiatives that enhance both business efficiency and security posture.

Qualifications:

8-9 years of experience in business analysis.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Expertise in OWASP Top 10 and API Security.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience conducting security audits and assessments.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Certification Required: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Expertise in API Security

Strong knowledge of OWASP API Security Top 10 and threat mitigation.

Regulatory Compliance Awareness

Familiarity with banking regulations like PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.

Security Implementation Skills

Experience with OAuth 2.0, API gateways, encryption, and automated security testing.

Experienced OWASP TOP 10 analysts capable of analyzing API security incidents and vulnerabilities, false positives, etc.
