As Solution Sales Director, you'll be on the front lines of that growth, selling both proven technologies and introducing cutting-edge solutions. You'll develop strategic relationships, help clients solve real challenges, and play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the weld fume and thermal cutting markets-plus emerging sectors like food, pharma, mining, recycling, and more.

What You'll Be Doing
- Expand our base of turnkey project installations in welding and thermal cutting markets
- Break into new verticals: powder coating, grinding, seed cleaning, fiberglass, and more
- Lead the charge on developing and converting high-quality leads provided by business development
- Identify your clients' pain points and offer engineered filtration solutions that solve real problems
- Close deals, hit your numbers, and make your mark on a growing organization
- Build and manage OEM partnerships and reseller channels
- Work in lockstep with your Inside Sales Rep to drive the pipeline forward and accelerate the sales cycle
What You Bring to the Table
- 5-8 years of sales and account management experience in dust, fume, or mist collection systems
- A strong track record of success-especially in technical sales or project-based selling
- Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and engineer customized solutions
- A sense of urgency, competitive drive, and a refined sales process that delivers results
- Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and working remotely with autonomy and focus
- Top-tier communication skills, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers and teams
