We're seeking a Head of ETRM Systems to lead and evolve our enterprise trading platforms, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality from trading platforms, ensuring seamless end-to-end functiontrade capture to settlement. You'll oversee a team of business analysts and IT professionals supporting areas like:

• Commodity Portfolio Management
• Risk & Credit
• Settlements & Complex Accounting
• Compliance & Legal
• Managed Portfolios & Offsets (MP&O)

This role reports directly to the CIO, and is key to both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do:

Lead ETRM application support and enhancement

Ensure high availability, system performance & user satisfaction

Manage budgets, teams, metrics, and continuous improvement

Drive innovation in commodity and risk systems (Allegro preferred)

Act as a bridge between IT and Trading, Risk, and Finance teams

What You Bring:

Extensive years in ETRM or commodity trading tech

Proven leadership in managing enterprise systems and support teams

Expertise in North American Power, Gas, and Emissions markets

Strong understanding of app governance, change & release management
