JD Sign Group is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to run and scale our national sales efforts as we accelerate growth across Canada. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with experience managing teams, securing national clients, and driving revenue growth in construction, signage, or B2B services.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales management (experience in signage or construction preferred)
- Proven track record in national or multi-location sales
- Familiarity with Zoho or equivalent CRM tools
- Strategic mindset with strong execution abilities
Additional Assets:
- Experience in industries with a national footprint, selling products or services that are implemented on a large scale.
- Familiarity with construction and design elements related to signage, millwork, or architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and coach a team of high-performing account executives
- Execute outbound and account-based sales strategies using Zoho CRM
- Secure and expand multi-location and enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance prospect generation and conversion
- Ensure pipeline transparency, track KPIs, and provide accurate forecasting
Compensation:
- Base: $100K-$130K CAD
- Performance bonus: $60K-$70K OTE (up to $200K total)
- Option to earn long-term incentives based on growth milestones
