Job Title: Acoustical Sales Representative / Specifier

Location: Langley, BC (Covering the British Columbia Region)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Acoustical Specifier and Sales Representative to join our team in Langley. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to promote high-performance acoustical solutions across BC. You'll combine technical expertise with consultative sales to ensure our products are correctly specified and seamlessly integrated into construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Business Development: Identify and engage architects, engineers, and construction firms to generate project leads
• Technical Consultation: Advise clients on acoustical materials and specification best practices
• Sales & Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth
• Project Integration: Support the application of acoustical products into architectural and construction plans
• Product Expertise: Stay current with new materials, code changes, and industry trends
• Quote & Proposal Development: Prepare bids, proposals, and cost estimates for client projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across engineering, marketing, and logistics

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years in technical sales, acoustical consulting, or specification roles
• Strong knowledge of acoustical materials, industry standards, and relevant building codes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints
• Comfortable with travel across the BC region

Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, sound simulation software, or CRM tools
• Background in building materials, construction sales, or acoustic design
