Production Designer (Pharma Experience)

Duration: 3+ months, approx 37 hrs/week

Location: ONSITE Mississauga (3 days/week in office)

Rate: $40-45/hr.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Production Designer to join their team for a full-time contract, approx 3- months onsite in Mississauga, 3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for print packaging and marketing materials.
• Utilize software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create compelling designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with production artists and other team members to optimize design processes.
• Review and proofread designs for accuracy and quality before final production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a Production Designer, working in the Pharma space.
• Proficient in design software including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work client-facing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on a freelance basis.
