Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Richmond, BC at Volkswagen of Richmond. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, providing the best customer experience, receptionist duties, learning product knowlege, clerical skills, communication, and being always happy to help.

• Phone and Communication skills
• Proficient with MS office products
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment operation
• Previous experience in a customer service job is an asset
• Speaking additional languages is an asset
• A valid BC drivers license
