Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be working with a range of leading startups to enterprise technology companies.

This is an extremely diverse role and requires a recruitment professional who can work within a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional candidate care is always maintained. You will be working within a high performing team focused on talent acquisition, recruitment consulting and supporting the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Source, network with and connect with technology professionals
• Consult with candidates and clients alike and advise on recruitment processes within the Tech sector
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Screening CVs and identifying a perfect match for specific roles.
• Business development

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time-management abilities
