Role Description

We are looking for an Architectural Technologist on a contract basis for 1 month to join our team. This hybrid role will require both in-person and remote work. The main responsibilities will involve creating permit documents and construction drawings using ArchiCAD, along with collaborating with the team to ensure all technical aspects of the project are accurately represented.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (required)
• Experience with permit documents and construction drawings
• Familiarity with a BIM Server for collaborative work (required)
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
