Looking for meaningful work that makes a real impact? This opportunity offers more than just your next job-it's a chance to grow into leadership while making a difference in your community. Our client is a mission-driven, non-profit social enterprise that reinvests its revenues into employment, housing, and support programs for individuals facing barriers such as disability or disadvantage. Whether you're processing donations, mentoring teammates, or helping build stronger communities, your work will be part of a bigger purpose.

This hands-on learning role provides exposure to all aspects of store operations while reinforcing the organization's commitment to community, sustainability, and people development. There are jobs-and then there are jobs that change lives. If you're passionate about inclusion, sustainability, and community impact, this could be the role for you.
