Remote role - must reside near Hamilton, Ontario

A leading industrial solutions provider is hiring a Regional Manager - Outside Sales to manage and grow a customer base in the Hamilton/GTA region. This is a remote role with regional travel, ideal for someone with a technical background and industrial sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing manufacturing accounts
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities
• Provide technical solutions and maintain strong client relationships
• Organize sales activities and update CRM regularly
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of industrial/outside sales experience (required)
• Technical knowledge or experience in automation/repairs (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
