Jackson Stewart of Lock Search Group is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader. Our globally renowned client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our Sales team across Western Canada. This strategic leadership role is critical to driving regional growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the successful execution of national priorities at the local level. You will be accountable for building high-performing teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful business outcomes aligned with objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing regional sales team with a strong focus on growth, development, and performance excellence.
  • Develop and execute tailored regional sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support our clients long-term business objectives within the region.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activity to identify risks and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Key Account, Brand, and Commercial Strategy & Planning teams to align on national initiatives and optimize local execution.
  • Champion a people-first leadership approach that supports employee development, engagement, and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring high ROI from programs and initiatives.
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs, regular coaching, and a focus on continuous development.
  • Monitor performance metrics and market conditions to adapt strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Ability to communicate strategic vision, and execute on plans
  • Travel within the region to support team performance, customer relationships, and market execution.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful, engaged teams.
  • Strong experience in both strategic sales planning and frontline execution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking with a high sense of urgency
  • Experience within a fast moving consumable commodity in the CPG realm
  • Experience and understanding of Canadian retailers
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales management
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related discipline
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to establish and maintain good business relations with internal/external stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer.
  • Valid Passport & Drivers License - Comfort with regional travel (Western Canada)
