Job Title: IBM Cognos Developer - Business Intelligence

Location: Richmond, BC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're hiring an experienced IBM Cognos Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our business intelligence tools. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape Graymont's BI environment and deliver insights that drive real impact across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Cognos reports, dashboards, scorecards, and cubes
• Optimize reporting structures within the enterprise data warehouse
• Analyze business processes and identify improvements using BI tools
• Support implementation of emerging analytics tools, including AI-based solutions
• Train and support end users to promote BI tool adoption and data literacy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of BI/report development experience, ideally with IBM Cognos Analytics
• Proficiency in Cognos Report Studio and dashboard tools
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with OLAP cubes such as Cognos Transformer or PowerPlay

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP
• Knowledge of OLAP environments and advanced SQL
• Interest in AI or predictive analytics tools
