Job Title: Implementation Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Implementation Supervisor II to support mid-to-large scale Helix Migration projects. This role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of single and multi-site solutions involving a variety of products and services. You'll play a pivotal role in managing cross-functional teams, timelines, training, and post-project evaluations in a fast-paced hybrid (office and warehouse) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mid-to-large scale Helix Migration projects, including multi-site implementations.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including project scheduling, training, communication strategies, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Track and monitor project deliverables using project management tools.
• Provide ongoing client updates and produce weekly progress/status reports.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Participate in daily Zoom project meetings.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying project risks and optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with Program Managers to align project execution with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in implementation or migration projects.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Willingness to travel domestically; international travel may be required on a case-by-case basis.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work during go-live and other critical phases.
