Our client is a North American insurance company undergoing a major transformation initiative to digitize its data intake processes and optimize internal workflows using Appian software. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end design and implementation of a digital solution leveraging intelligent document processing (IDP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Appian-based solutions for intelligent document processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective workflows.
- Configure Appian software to streamline data intake and automate internal processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in client discussions and provide strategic recommendations to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Appian software development and implementation.
- Experience with intelligent document processing (IDP) technologies.
- Background in process automation and digital transformation, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Consulting background required, with demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and solution delivery.

Time Commitment: 3-5 days per week
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Toronto
Compensation: Starts at $100USD per hour
