About the BDR Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll take a proactive, research-driven approach to identifying and connecting with emerging brands in the food and beverage industry. You'll work closely with Account Executives to build a high-quality pipeline and bring innovative packaging solutions to market.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to generate business opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by targeting key decision-makers (founders, procurement, ops, marketing)
  • Research high-potential brands based on criteria like revenue, SKU count, and retail presence
  • Qualify prospects based on packaging spend, order frequency, and growth potential
  • Collaborate with AEs for smooth hand-offs and pipeline progression
  • Log activities and track KPIs using Salesforce and other sales tools

    • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Are familiar with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus)
