About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings across our ordering and procurement systems. You'll work cross-functionally with teams to ensure our supply chain operates smoothly and is continuously optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and review all data related to ordering and procurement.
Support the ordering team, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless execution.
Evaluate and improve our current ordering systems on a weekly basis for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Identify supply chain issues, develop solutions, and present them to the team for approval and implementation.
Review costing and pricing on all product SKUs, including the assessment of new SKUs.
Manage vendor and distributor relationships to secure optimal pricing, terms, and discounts along side Procurement Manager.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues with receiving.
Maintain open lines of communication with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and credits owed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to evaluate systems and processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in google sheets and excel is required.
