My client is a premier agency that specializes in producing high-end, innovative events and campaigns for major brands. With expertise across North America, they offer fully integrated event marketing services that elevate brand experiences and create memorable moments. They are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with strong XM (experiential marketing) experience.

Their Head Office is based in Liberty Village in Toronto (in office Monday to Thursday).

As an AM/SAM you'll be the key point of contact with assigned clients. You'll integrate premium in everything you do - how you communicate, the events you execute, the ideas and trends you share, how you work internally and with our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities Client & Program Management

Key client contact and primary point person for managing relationships and communications with assigned clients.

Overall management and direction on assigned accounts, including financial, structural and communications. Comfortable managing simultaneous projects or larger portfolios consisting of multiple clients.

Develop, maintain and modify as needed work back schedules for all programs ensuring client is informed of any required changes throughout the program lifecycle.

Learn and understand clients' needs, demand and requests with a focus on flawless program execution. Dive into the client brief to understand the ask, success measure and key deliverables. Act as an extension of your clients throughout all phases.

Provide valuable reporting and insights throughout and at the culmination of a program to evaluate success and future opportunity areas.

Management and oversight of all executions, including in-person at highest priority executions (Travel required across various cities and events throughout North America)

Experience in full fabrication - from initial concept to final build and production.

Ability to manage a diverse portfolio. I.E project types that range from XM campaigns, events, influencer events etc.

Leadership

Manage team/direct reports, including onboarding, training, ongoing coaching and development and performance management.

Empower through delegation, understand what motivates your direct reports and lead by example.

Collaborate cross functionally with internal departments to ensure delivery of account scope.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts.

Actively learn about client and industry trends to bring knowledge, innovation and thought leadership to the table.

Financial

Establish budgets and prepare invoices as required in partnership with finance.

Financial tracking, reporting and optimization for each assigned client account, ensuring profitability across all budgets.

Ability to review budgets with clients, providing pricing rationale and detailed overview on budget breakdown.

Skills & Qualifications Required

4-6 years experience in the marketing industry.

College or University Degree

Exceptional time management skills.

Organized and detail oriented.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable presenting in a group setting. Professional and timely in responses.

Adaptability - strong problem solver, able to anticipate and respond to unanticipated events in a calm and professional manner and provide guidance to a team.

Able to work independent and in a team environment to achieve desired results.

Experience managing program budgets.

Adept & efficient admin skills - Proficient in Google, Microsoft and Apple platforms.

Salary 75-100k depending on experience/level + 10% bonus, Full benefits paid by the company.

$100/month cell phone allowance.
