We are looking for a driven, hands-on leader to join Sierra Custom Foods Ltd., a proud member of the Amir Group of Companies, as our next Senior Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. This position is strategically designed for the successful candidate to grow into a Shipping and Receiving Manager role-so if you're hungry for advancement, this is your opportunity.

In this critical role, you'll take ownership of our shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations, ensuring the smooth, safe, and timely flow of goods across the facility. Key Responsibilities - Where You'll Make an Impact

You won't just manage a process-you'll lead people, solve problems, and shape outcomes.

• Launch each day by aligning the shipping/receiving team and setting priorities on the floor.
• Lead by example in a collaborative environment, working closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Management.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound activity to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and top condition.
• Review and process bills of lading, invoices, and shipping documentation to keep schedules tight and efficient.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to book, schedule, and manage dock appointments.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and safe to use-work proactively with Maintenance on any issues.
• Participate in daily plant meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion and enforce safe working practices every step of the way.
• Jump into additional duties as needed-this role is dynamic and hands-on!
