Your New Role:

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead projects from the ground up, overseeing site teams, coordinating installations, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you'll be hands-on in the field, working closely with project managers, general contractors, and your team of electricians to deliver outstanding results and foster a positive job site culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate site electricians to maintain morale and skill development
• Interpret and review blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Plan workflow and project "game plans" to meet milestones and deadlines
• Serve as a key liaison between project managers, site superintendents, and GCs
• Identify, document, and manage change orders and project extras
• Oversee materials, tool rentals, deliveries, and equipment needs
• Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs with city inspectors
• Troubleshoot technical issues and answer job-specific questions
• Maintain organized and safe job sites, including the setup of site offices and lockups
• Track job progress through photos and regular updates in communication platforms
• Enforce and monitor safety compliance and identify training needs

What You Need to Succeed:

• Red Seal Electrician with 1+ years of supervisory or Foreman experience
• FSR A or B certification & AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Proven leadership and site coordination abilities
• Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code and job site safety standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore is a plus
• Physically fit to perform on-site tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, frequent bending/standing)
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with attention to detail

• Hourly wage: $55 - $65 (based on experience)
