We are a Vancouver Managed IT Service provider founded in 1997 and focusing on health care. We foster a results-oriented environment that values autonomy and offers the flexibility to manage your own time effectively.

This position is a front-line customer facing role that requires fluent English communications skill.

Required skills:

  • Recent experience working for an MSP (must-have)
  • Microsoft 365 and recent experience working with Azure cloud administration (2+ years, (e.g., tenant setup, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD)
  • Windows Server: Experience with installation, management, and troubleshooting (up to 2022)
  • Virtualization: Proficient with Hyper-V and VMware ESXi environments
  • Firewalls & VPNs: Experience with SonicWall, Unifi devices, and site-to-site or client VPNs
  • Remote Desktop Services: Setup and support of Windows RDS environments
  • RMM tools: Proficiency in ScreenConnect and Remote Monitoring & Management platforms
  • Printer/MFP config: Canon and Ricoh multifunction printer/scanner setup and troubleshooting
  • Cybersecurity awareness: General knowledge of endpoint protection, phishing mitigation, and best practices
  • Network troubleshooting: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and basic routing

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (client-facing role)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site visits (reimbursed)
  • Smartphone capable of running authentication and support apps (reimbursed)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Work environment:

  • Hybrid, Vancouver, BC: mix of remote work and on-site client visits in Greater Vancouver area

Job Type: Full-time (open for part-time candidates)

Full-time hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: $50,000.00-$130,000.00 ($50K base salary and bonus based on performance).
