Position Overview:

We're seeking Skilled and Red Seal Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates are confident working on all phases of construction, from framing to finishing, and bring a strong attention to detail and pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform framing, forming, finishing, and cabinetry
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and staircases
• Ensure work is performed safely and to high-quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Certification or equivalent trade credentials (for Red Seal applicants)
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live in, or be willing to commute to, Vernon, BC.
