We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCB Layout Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-speed and RF layout designs, with a proven track record of delivering complex PCB designs for telecom equipment. This role requires a mid to senior-level professional who can start immediately and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop PCB layouts for high-speed and RF applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.

- Perform signal integrity analysis and simulations to optimize PCB performance.

- Review and validate PCB designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

- Document design processes and maintain design files.

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB layout design, with a focus on high-speed and RF designs.

- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).

- Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and RF design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
