This is a Junior Role, ideal for someone looking to grow into a full Implementation Consultant position while learning from experienced professionals along the way.

Job Responsibilities

• Document technical solutions (including custom development if required) in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Implementation Managers and Developers.
• Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure the solution matches the output of the project.
• Support the implementation team in solution delivery for clients.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and workflows.
• Configure and build workspaces, dashboards, automations, and integrations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Help translate client requirements into platform-based solutions.
• Perform basic QA testing to validate platform configurations and updates.
• Stay current with features, apps, and use cases.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency in Eligeo supported platforms and products and targeted industries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on experience with SAAS training and Software Implementation
• Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical users.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience required.
• Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to translate between business users and technical professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD per year
