Job Description: Lead .Net Developer

Mode of Work - Hybrid ( 2- 3 days onsite )

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure backend systems using .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#.

Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Oversee database design and optimization using SQL Server or other relational databases; ensure data integrity and performance.

Drive technical decision-making, contribute to architectural discussions, and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
