Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps Power Automate Power Portal Power Virtual Agent PowerBI and CDS Common Data Services
• Extensive experience in developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps
• Must have experience and understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
• Must have worked on Power Automate and knowledge of Automating business processes with Power Automate
• Ability to create custom connectors for Power Automate
• Experience with API or rest services integrations Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
• Developing Azure logic apps Developing Azure functions Providing Power BI development and support
• Experience in the analysis design development testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps
• Overall 12 years experience directly managing software implementation projects
• Certified Power Platform Professional
• 8 years experience in design development customization Implementation Integration and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Apps Power BI or Power Automate
• Minimum of 4 years as a Technical Architect or similar role
• Prior experience acting as a Solution Architect on at least two customer implementation projects with at least 5 Power Platform apps in production
• Provide a superior level of experience and knowledge of the technical aspects of the Power Platform products and integrating the solutions into existing cloud platforms business applications data architectures and security frameworks
• Be responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenantsenvironments liaising with IT Security and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented as necessary
• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps Power Automate Power Portal Power Virtual Agent Power BI and CDS Common Data Services
• Support the delivery team with technical expertise and assistance in integrating with and debugging systems used by and associated with the Power Platform products and processes
• Analyze and lead discussions around architectural options ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment
• Ensure all related applications and tools are understood and properly reflected in solution designs
• Understand both Power Platform and the competitive low codeno code market being able to articulate and explain Power Platforms advantages and differentiators as well as fully exploiting them
• Work with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes
• Assist and support Regional Power Platform Developers by providing quality assurance and oversight on client projects when necessary
• Communicate with Microsoft Product Engineering on product related issues suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Power Platform community
• Involved in presales RFP response preparation with technical solutions
