Our client is seeking multiple SAP CM/OCM (Change Management / Organizational Change Management) Consultants to support a high-impact ERP transformation program. This is an ongoing SAP S/4HANA engagement with travel to Vancouver on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support ERP change management strategies and transformation initiatives
• Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to drive user adoption
• Develop and execute communication, training, and readiness plans
• Align change activities with project milestones and business objectives
• Collaborate with functional SAP teams to understand system impacts and communicate accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in ERP change management programs, specifically SAP S/4HANA
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Mining industry experience is considered a strong asset
• Flexibility for weekly travel to Vancouver
