Our client is seeking multiple SAP CM/OCM (Change Management / Organizational Change Management) Consultants to support a high-impact ERP transformation program. This is an ongoing SAP S/4HANA engagement with travel to Vancouver on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support ERP change management strategies and transformation initiatives
- Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to drive user adoption
- Develop and execute communication, training, and readiness plans
- Align change activities with project milestones and business objectives
- Collaborate with functional SAP teams to understand system impacts and communicate accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ERP change management programs, specifically SAP S/4HANA
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Mining industry experience is considered a strong asset
- Flexibility for weekly travel to Vancouver
