Akkodis seeking a skilled SAP SD Level 2 Support Analyst with experience in SAP GTS to provide day-to-day support, incident resolution, and enhancements for our global SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge in SAP SD and basic to intermediate understanding of SAP GTS processes. This role is onsite for Dubai Location.
Required Skills :
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD support experience.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash cycle and SD configuration.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SAP GTS (e.g., compliance checks, export/import processes).
• Experience in incident and change management processes (ITIL preferred).
• Familiarity with IDocs, ALE, and basic debugging.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global, multi-time zone environment.
• EU National and French Speaking is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for SAP SD modules (Order to Cash, Billing, Pricing, Shipping, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by business users and Level 1 support teams.
• Collaborate with SAP GTS specialists to support compliance processes (customs, embargo checks, license management, etc.).
• Monitor and manage interface errors between SAP SD and GTS.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose permanent solutions (Problem Management).
• Configure SD settings for small enhancements or bug fixes.
• Document solutions, processes, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, Logistics, GTS).
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP changes and upgrades.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to sales and trade processes.
Preferred Experience
• Knowledge of integration with SAP FI and MM.
• Exposure to customs documentation and trade compliance regulations.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Fluent French speaker and professional english.
