Summary:

A highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in RAN automation and software development. Adept at brainstorming with customers to develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

RAN Automation:

  • Design and implement automated solutions for Radio Access Networks (RAN) to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAN automation with existing systems and processes.

Software Development:

  • Lead the development of software solutions that support IT transformation and customer collaboration initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Customer Collaboration:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and brainstorm innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of RAN automation technologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in software development, including coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to integrate and optimize automated solutions within complex IT environments.
