KTK Home Boutique is the exclusive dealer of high-end construction materials, including luxury flooring, doors, kitchens, windows, and ceramics. We work with world-renowned brands such as Versace Ceramics, Reynaers Windows, Arista Doors, UnikParquet Flooring, and Miralis Kitchens, bringing top-tier, exclusive products to the Atlantic Canada market.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build, lead, and scale our sales department. This role is ideal for someone who is persistent, positive, and action-oriented-someone who doesn't just sell but drives growth, builds strong industry relationships, and takes ownership of the sales department's success.

If you have experience in design, or have worked as a designer, this is a major advantage. Understanding aesthetics, functionality, and the needs of architects, interior designers, and builders will allow you to sell with confidence and connect with high-end clients on a deeper level.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

Take full ownership of the sales department-setting goals and pushing hard to exceed them.

Identify and strategically build relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and luxury homeowners.

Hunt for opportunities-develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and expand our market presence.

Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Expand our B2B & B2C sales network and create new revenue streams.

Take initiative-you won't wait for things to happen; you'll make them happen.

Product Expertise & Client Consultation

Become a trusted industry expert in luxury construction materials-flooring, doors, kitchens, windows, and ceramics.

Educate and inspire clients by explaining the unique value of our premium products.

Conduct showroom tours, host engaging presentations, and deliver powerful product demonstrations.

Confidently upsell and tailor product recommendations to high-net-worth clients.

If you have design experience, use your expertise to help clients select the perfect materials and finishes.

Account Management & Industry Relationships

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with designers, builders, developers, and high-end homeowners.

Provide exceptional, white-glove service-ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products, attend high-profile industry events, and host exclusive showroom experiences.

Stay ahead of the game-keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to position KTK as the go-to provider of luxury construction materials.

Be the face of KTK at trade shows, networking events, and VIP gatherings-elevating our brand and forging valuable partnerships.
